What we collect

• Your name, phone number and email address.
• Your address or town, so we know where the appointment is and what the local water is like.
• Anything you tell us about your water - stains, taste, smell, hardness, well or city water - and any notes from the visit.
• Basic technical information about the visit to this website, such as the pages viewed, so we can tell whether the site is working.

What we use it for

• To call or email you back about the water test you asked for.
• To schedule the appointment and to test your water and prepare your quotation.
• To follow up afterwards about the work we quoted, and to keep a record of the job.
• To improve this website and the way we answer enquiries.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where it is needed to do the job you asked for: with our associated company, Leaf Home Water Solutions, and with the service partners and suppliers who help carry out the work or provide the equipment. We may also release information if the law requires it.

Calls and texts

If you give us a phone number and ask for an appointment, you agree that we may call or text you about it. You can tell us at any time that you would rather not be contacted that way, and we will stop. Every message will also let you reply and ask us to stop.

Chat assistant and analytics

The chat assistant on this site is provided by a third-party service, and the text of your conversation is processed by that service so it can answer you. The site also uses standard web analytics. Neither one is used to sell your details to anyone else.

Keeping it, correcting it, deleting it

We keep enquiry and job records for as long as we need them for the work and for our own accounting. You can ask us to correct or delete what we hold about you: call 252-259-4444 or email us through the contact form on the home page.

Security

We take reasonable care of the information we hold and limit it to what we need. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security, but we do not keep payment card details on this website.
